Job Responsibilities
- We are communicating with potential job candidates.
- Contacting candidates references and verifying education listings.
- Managing HR records, resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms.
- It is issuing new employees with enrollment documents.
- Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion.
- Conducting employee orientations.
- Explaining employee benefits.
- Responding to HR-related queries within the company
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
- Assisting with the distribution of training material.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in human resources.
- Knowledge of database software, email systems, and office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of employment law
- empathy and an approachable demeanor.
- It is requirement of MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Word.
- You have skills English Proficiency(Spoken), Written.
