Job Description

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to support various marketing administration activities and help multiple teams in the UK to achieve their business goals. The individual will work as a part of an extended UK team to establish strong working relations. The role in expected to sit within a team of nine members and report to the Assistant Manager.

The coordinator is expected to help the campaign project managers, focusing on owing a campaign’s critical and time- consuming activities.

Required Qualification

• Any Graduate can Apply this role.
• Graduate or Diploma with knowledge of research.
• 0 – 2 Years experience in a marketing role.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong articulation and documentation skills(Skills & Spoken).
• Managing multiple client and projects at a time.
• Ability to Multi- task and priorities across multiple projects.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Work you will do

• Database Management: Help create/maintain standard protocols, materials, and tools for enabling the team to improve efficiency in servicing its clients/stakeholders.
• Information gathering: Contribute to relevant background work to ensure teh success of the campaign/initiative- includes secondary research, CRM, fundamental data analysis, completing forms.
• Mailbox Management: Managing day-to-day logistics of client programs.
• In case of events: Answer FAQs, redirect queries, provide status on registration responses etc.
• Create/ Manage distribution lists and reports.
• Template creation: Help create/maintain newsletters, debriefs, and executive profiling templates.
• Update SharePoint sites with document provided by functional/sector leads.
• Marketing Administration Support: ITS coordination, campaign admin activities, content management, purchase order handing etc.
• Arrange event preparatory meeting and book rooms for internal webinars.

Preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools.
• Understanding of digital channel, including email marketing, website content, and social media.
• Experience working in professional services/ Multi-stakeholder environment.
• Updated with the latest marketing trends.
