Job Description
This is an entry level Position, and you will be responsible for working with Tier 1 support to resolve client issues in a timely manner and provide Tier-2 support to resolve technical issues related to our application. Our applications are used by Deloitte’s Global Employer Service and communication skills as well as the ability to deliver projects on time in a dynamic team environment. The candidate will receive training on existing as well as next generation tools.

- Salary : 4,50,000 – 6,50,000 L.P.A
Responsibilities and Skills
- Manual Testing using Deloitte Application adn Excel.
- Day to day Support in Maintaining current Application.
- Research on various platforms.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- The ability to apply practical experience to future work.
- Basic understanding of SQL and Jscript.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, most notably Outlook and Excel.
