That focuses on capturing and retaining driver supply for the gig economy using a Dynamic Job Optimization Switchboard aggregating job across multiple partners and dispatching across existing fleets, optimizing driver utilization, and creating profitable routes for drivers.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree
English professional proficiency required.
Weekend availability.
Sales or customer service experience.
Ability to work in high pressure/intensity environment.
Team player.

Role and Responsibilities

Respond and resolve to customer service issues within 24 hours.
Dispatch orders to our fleets and drivers.
Troubleshoot issues with drivers.
Communication with merchants on issues regarding their orders.
Admin duties related to partner management.
Respond to all incoming messages from Zendesk.
Answer phone calls.
Log any incidents in call/incident log.

Benefits and work Hours

This is a 40 hour per week, full time role. Hailify’s logistics associates work either one of two shifts.

(Night) 1st shift is from 5:30pm-1:30am IST(8am-4pm EST)
(Overnight) 2nd shift is from 10:30am IST(1pm-9pm EST)
247- 340 INR per hour($3 – 4.50) (commensurate with experience)
