Job Description
We are actively hiring for exciting opportunity for Mohan Estate, We are seeking a Chat Team advisor with exceptional multitasking skills to handle multiple customers simultaneously while displaying the right intent and taking ownership of customer inquiries. The role also involves making outbound calls to customers, based on chat flow availability and customer/Query requirement.
Eligibility Criteria and skills
- Any Graduate can Apply this Role.
- Good Communication Skills
- Should be ok travel to Gurgaon for 20 days Training(paid)
- 80 % chats and 20% outbound calling.
- 9am- 10 pm window shift (Rotaional)
- 6 Months Experience with chat
- Typing Speed (25 – 35 wpm).
- Incentive 15,000 per month(Performance Based)
